✨ New Les Mills upgrade at Spartans! ✨

You’ll now notice our new iPad permanently mounted in the Group Fitness room, fully charged and ready to go with an extensive library of Les Mills workouts.

If a class ever needs to be changed to a virtual class due to instructor unavailability, or you simply want to take yourself through a workout outside of usual class times, you’ll have access to an even bigger range of workouts, with fresh programs added every 3 months.

We’ve also included simple instructions below the iPad on how to use the projector and navigate the classes. If you need a hand, our friendly reception team is always happy to help.

It’s always so rewarding to see the friendships formed and the confidence our members build through Vicki’s Older But Stronger classes. With such incredible attendance, we’re also lucky to have PT Rodney assisting on Thursdays, he’s well loved among the groups and always brings plenty of encouragement and smiles.
