You’ve spent all winter saying…
“When winter’s over.”
“When the kids’ sport finishes.”
“When it’s warmer.”
“When things calm down.”
Well. Winter’s fu***ng over 😂
So I’m looking for mums who are ready to stop putting themselves at the bottom of the list and spend the next 12 weeks building some serious MOMENTUM.
🌸 SPRING MOMENTUM starts 14 September.
12 weeks of structured training, nutrition guidance, accountability, education and a community of mums doing the bloody thing alongside you.
Whether your goal is to lose 5-10kg, get stronger, get your energy back, feel better in your clothes or simply get your s**t together again - this is your chance to actually START.
And because a little friendly competition never hurt anyone 😂 we’ll also be tracking who can build the MOST MOMENTUM across the 12 weeks, with prizes for 1st, 2nd + 3rd 👀🏆
$29.95/week for 12 weeks.
No waiting for summer.
No “I’ll start in January.”
We start 14 September.
Want one of the 10 spots?
Comment SPRING or hit the link in my bio and I’ll send you all the info 🙌🏼

You probably don’t need a new plan.
You probably need to give the one you’ve got a proper fu***ng chance.
The women getting results aren’t motivated 24/7. They don’t have perfect weeks. They don’t train every day or live off chicken and broccoli.
They’ve just stopped constantly negotiating with the basics.
They train. They eat for their goals. They move. They recover. And when life inevitably goes to s**t, they get back to it instead of waiting for Monday.
Results come from what you do most of the time, for a long time.
Boring? Maybe 😂
Effective? Abso-fu***ng-lutely.
Busy mum who loves health, fitness, nutrition and recovery - these are two things you’ll always find in my gym bag 😂
OxyShred before I train + a Lean Protein Bar for when I need something quick, easy and high protein on the go.
Simple. Convenient. And they actually taste good 🤤

Bad days don’t last long on testing week at REVL Kincumber 😉
There’s something pretty fu***ng cool about doing something you didn’t know you were capable of.
And every time I train at REVL, I’m surrounded by women and mums doing exactly that.
Deadlifting over 100kg. Doing toes-to-bar. Pull-ups, assisted or unassisted. Running half marathons. Lifting heavier than they ever thought they could.
I’m constantly in awe of how bloody strong and capable the women around me are.
And it’s a good reminder that weight loss doesn’t have to be the only goal of your fitness journey.
Yeah, losing weight and liking what you see in the mirror is cool.
But getting stronger is cooler.
Getting fitter is cooler.
Doing s**t you once told yourself you couldn’t do is WAY fu***ng cooler.
So have the weight loss goal if that’s what you want.
But give yourself something else to chase too.
A pull-up. A PB. Your first 5km. A half marathon. Lifting a weight that once felt impossible.
Because one of the best parts of getting fit isn’t just changing how your body looks.
It’s finding out what the f**k it can do.
This block of testing:
1RM Deadlift 100kg
1RM Push Jerk 57.5kg
1RM Back Squat 92.5kg
1RM Power Clean 60kg

Mel lost 23kg.
But the part I’m most proud of is that she finished coaching with me and she’s STILL consistent.
Because Mel had lost weight before… She’d done the challenges. Lost the kilos. Then eventually found herself right back where she started.
This time was different - She didn’t just learn how to lose 23kg. She learnt how to eat the foods she enjoys without blowing her progress. How to stay consistent when motivation disappears. How to make decisions for herself instead of needing another challenge to keep her on track. She got her energy back. Her confidence back.
AND became the kind of role model she wanted to be for her three girls!
THAT is what I want for the women I coach.
I don’t want you losing 10kg only to be trying to lose the same 10kg again next year.
I want to teach you the skills to lose it AND actually know how to keep it off.
So this September, I’m looking for 10 mums who are ready to:
✔️ Lose 5-20kg without giving up carbs, dinners out or having a fu***ng life
✔️ Build strength and feel confident in their body again
✔️ Stop relying on motivation and learn how to stay consistent when life gets busy
✔️ Get their energy back instead of feeling bloody exhausted all the time
✔️ Learn how to eat for their goals without being “on” or “off” a diet
✔️ Prioritise their health and show their kids that Mum gets to look after herself too
Imagine getting to Christmas and instead of saying, “I’ll start again in January”…
You’re already months into becoming the woman you kept telling yourself you’d become.
Stronger. Fitter. More confident. More energised. AND actually equipped with the skills to make it last.
I’m taking on 10 mums to start with me this September.
Comment MEL below or DM me MEL and I’ll send you the details.
Things I’d love busy mums to stop believing about getting in shape 👇🏼
❌ “I need a detox.”
No, you need to get back to the basics and actually do them consistently. Drink your water, eat well, move your body, train and get some bloody sleep 😂
❌ “Menopause has killed my metabolism.”
Menopause can absolutely make fat loss more challenging, but your metabolism isn’t destroyed. You CAN still lose body fat. Your approach might just need to change.
❌ “Carbs are going to make me fat.”
Carbs are not the enemy. You need energy to train, work, do the school run, make 400 snacks and generally keep everyone alive 😂 Eating too much overall is what leads to fat gain, not eating carbs.
❌ “Lifting weights will make me bulky.”
Do you know how bloody hard women have to work to build significant muscle? 😂
Strength training helps you build and maintain muscle, stay strong and support your bones as you age. You WANT muscle on your body as you get older.
❌ “I don’t have time to work out.”
You probably don’t have an hour every day. That’s fine. But 10-15 minutes? Put the phone down and I reckon we can find it 👀
❌ “I need a gym to get results.”
Tell that to my client Talia, who lost 20kg in six months training from home.
You don’t need perfect circumstances to make progress.
You need a plan that works with the life you actually have and enough consistency to give it a chance to bloody work.
Want help doing exactly that?

If you want my post-run protein pancake recipe that doesn’t taste like cardboard… you’re in luck 😂🥞
You’ll need:
20g rolled oats
100g banana
2 eggs
20mL unsweetened almond milk
20g EHPlabs | Be Empowered Oxywhey vanilla protein powder
2.5g baking powder
1g cinnamon
10mL sugar-free maple syrup
380 cals | 30.8g protein | 34.8g carbs | 12.3g fat
Chuck that s**t in a blender and blend until smooth.
You can make a few smaller pancakes OR, if you’re like me, make one giant pancake… which is all well and good until it comes time to flipping it lol
Cook on both sides, whack your maple syrup on top and you’re done.
And just remember ladies, it’s not always about looks. It’s what’s on the inside that counts. She might not be the prettiest pancake you’ve ever seen, but she tastes bloody good AND has 30g of protein.
Would also like to note my kids love eating these too😎

Decision fatigue free cooking 👏🏼
I’m a massive meal prep girl. I plan my meals, do my shop and prep ahead because the LESS I have to think about food during the week, the better 😂
But sometimes I look at the meal I’ve planned and just think… nah. I want something different.
And THAT is where these new My Muscle Chef Protein Meal Bases are bloody handy.
They’ve already done the time-consuming part. The protein is slow cooked in the sauce, I just heat it up, add whatever sides I feel like that fit my macros and dinner is done.
Something different.
Tastes bloody good.
Up to 86g protein per pack.
Ready in about 5 minutes.
And fk all washing up 🙌🏼
Because even when you’re organised, sometimes you just don’t want what you planned 😂
This is exactly the kind of backup I want in my fridge for those nights!
