“Early Recovery” Mums N Bub’s (Physio-led) 6-week Exercise Course (6-14/15 weeks postpartum) 📣 Commencing 15th September, only 10 spots. Open for enrolment now! 👩‍🍼

Gently return to exercise in a safe way with expert guidance. Have abdominal separation (Re**us Diastasis) monitored and exercises recommended to facilitate recovery. Move in a gentle way which feels good and keep Bub’s right next to you. This course has a strong focus on core strengthening, pelvic floor integration and postpartum considerations. Exercises are individualised and tailored, based on your assessment and goals. Circuit style Physiotherapy classes. Move at your own pace in a supportive environment. Stop and feed Bub whenever you need.

Think of this as your new ‘Movement Mothers Group.’ You will be with the same co-hort all the way through the 6 week course. We spend time after each class sitting with tea and connecting. ☕️💖
