Australia's favourite celebration of all things bacon will return to Kingaroy thanks to SunPork Fresh Foods for another weekend of sizzling food, live entertainment, family fun and plenty of pork-tastic memories. So, whether you're here for the bacon, the bands, the competitions, the community spirit or just an excuse to eat your body weight in crispy goodness, now's the time to lock it in.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TEAMS
Smoke Off Categories update

🥓 Bacon
* Judged using the ABA methodology, only protein in the box (ie no garnishes, foreign bodies etc - just the meat - bacon)
* It is not required to be sauced
* Flavour creativity is encouraged
* Can be cooked any way for serving (any heat source)
* 9 portions per box minimum (this is to ensure that all judges receive equal pieces - 6 x standard judges & King of Bacon 3 x celebrity judges)

🔮 Mystery Pork
* Judged using the ABA methodology, only protein in the box (ie no garnishes, foreign bodies etc - just the meat - sausage)
* Must contain the pork mince and casings provided, but is not limited to the total proteins supplied for the whole competition.
* Additional ingredients, including rubs, sauces, herbs etc, can be included.
* Flavour creativity is encouraged.
* 6 portions per box minimum
* It is not required to be sauced

🐔 Chicken
* 4 x whole chickens will now be supplied per team

⚠️ No additional protein is to be brought/used in the competition.
Please note that the use of protein, other than what has been supplied by our sponsors, will result in disqualification.
