AAAAhhh Spring here is OZ and the weather is warming up . Yay. I have set my intentions for cleansing, renewal and rebirth into a clear quartz and I have planted the crystal into the earth. Remember as it connects to the Earth the intentions are amplified due to the crystal connection to the Mother crystal it came from here on Earth and beyond. The Earth is alive, it has an energy field just as you do.
it is an energy being.
When we view the Earth as such, we can begin to treat the Earth with respect and gratitude for the gifts it gives to us, a place to live and experience ourselves and life!
Often how we treat the Earth is how we treat ourselves. We are one!
A small ritual/ ceremony you can try as you connect to the Earth is to stand with bare feet on the ground and close your eyes [facing the sun if possible]. Take a few deep conscious breaths and see an image of Earth and take that into your heart. Feel this and stand in the energy of gratitude. Be grateful for the beauty and grace of nature and all things.
Stay in this place of gratitude for a few minutes then again, a few deep breaths and open your eyes. If you practice this ritual/ ceremony regularly you will find you will see things differently and deepen your reverence for the Earth.
