I am so grateful to the community who have kept showing up and giving yoga a go with me, listening to my philosophical ramblings and trying handstands and other fun things.

It’s winter and hard to draw yourself out of the house, but I will have the heater on and hopefully class will leave you feeling warm and nurished!

Feeling grateful to the beautiful
Bruny community for continuing to show up and try yoga with me. Classes will run every Thursday up to 9th April. Then a few weeks break for school holidays.
