There’s a certain type of person who makes a place what it is, and Adriana is absolutely one of them at UNDRGRND. She’s not the loudest in the room and she’s never looking for a spotlight, but if you’ve spent any real time in the studio, you’ll know exactly who she is and why we wanted to shout her out.

Adriana just quietly turns up, gets on with her session and does the work without any fuss, and then somehow always seems to have a bit of extra energy left over to help someone else out. Whether it’s giving a coach a hand setting up before class, jumping in at one of our events, or being a familiar friendly face for someone new who’s finding their feet, she’s always there, always willing, always looking for how she can add something to the room rather than take from it. 🫶

And what makes it even more special is that she does all of this regardless of what’s going on in her own life. We all know how full life gets, but Adriana keeps Turning up and quietly living out everything UNDRGRND stands for.

Adriana, we appreciate you more than you probably realise. Thank you for being you. 🖤

🎉 1,500 SESSIONS 🎉

Today we celebrate a truly special milestone.

Ronnie (also known as Ron Dog in the studio) is officially the first member in UNDRGRND history to reach 1,500 sessions. 💙

Before we had four walls, before the studio existed, back when we were running boot camps on Kingston Beach, Ron Dog was there. Since day one, she has shown incredible loyalty consistency in our community.

Always turning up for her 5:15am sessions, parks in her (new) parking spot, and gets on with it.

Ron Dog, thank you for believing in us from the very beginning. We are incredibly grateful for you and so proud of this achievement.
