This repulses me and I'm sure my students feel the same! As an ex Tasmania Police officer I will say one thing, your best means of survival are to arm yourself with knowledge and skills, not a triple zero call for help. One helps you in the now, the other is a mop and bucket to clean up the mess. All you need to do is decide, then act! This includes acting to protect others not just ourselves.
