IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT DAY ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Please find attached a rough copy of our fight card. Please note that most bouts are controlled sparring. These bouts will not be officially judged and are purely to help develop fighters’ skills in a controlled, lower-pressure environment.

Please check your bout details carefully. Every effort has been made to allow as many people as possible to jump in, so some fighters may be sparring up in age and/or weight divisions, and some may have 2 bouts.

Please remember everyone is there for experience, so work with your opponent and help create a positive environment for all involved 👊

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All athletes will require a completed medical declaration prior to competing.
