One of the clearest breeding patterns to emerge from Friday at The Peachester Lodge Festival of Showjumping 2026 came from just three horses.

All three were by Higgins. All three jumped clear. All three finished inside the top four.

🥈 Elysian Fields Prima - 2nd in the 1.05m

That gives Higgins:

But the most interesting part sits underneath the results.

Both Elysian Fields Oceanus and Elysian Fields Prima are recorded out of Pamela.

An exciting international debut for a popular Aussie equestrian will take place in the CSI-W Grand Prix at the 4* Royal Tour 2025 this Sunday night (Australian Eastern Time). Hot on the heels of 4 days of commentating the showjumping at , Rod McQueen will then step behind the mic at 11pm Sunday to present the English commentary via clipmyhorsetv and FEITV as the action unfolds in the historic city of Tetouan in northern Morocco at the foot of the Rif Mountains, a few miles from the Mediterranean coast.
“I’m thrilled to be given the opportunity and really looking forward to commentating my first, truly international gig,” said Rod.
“Junior” as he is known, has been concentrating on developing his commentary skills, doing high-level online courses with experts in the field, and doing more and more shows here in Australia. His easy going nature and wonderful sense of humour, coupled with a deep knowledge and passion for the sport, makes him ideally suited to the role, and not surprisingly, demand for his services is growing all the time.
