GO THE BULLS!
MILESTONE ALERT - LIFE MEMBERSHIP & 150 LEAGUE GAMES - COREY WILSON
This weekend, we celebrate a special milestone as Corey Wilson plays his 150th League Game and is officially inducted as a Life Member of the Maddington Football Club.
A true club person, Corey has been part of the Bulls since his junior days and has embodied everything our club stands for. Since his League debut in 2016, he has earned the respect of teammates, coaches and supporters through his commitment, leadership and willingness to always put the club first. Whether it's on the field, in the clubrooms or serving as Vice President, Corey has consistently led by example and given back to the place he calls home. Reaching 150 League Games is a fantastic achievement, but Life Membership is the ultimate recognition of his loyalty, dedication and service to the club.
Congratulations Corey on a thoroughly deserved honour. We look forward to celebrating with you this weekend.
His achievements across his journey include:
- 2024, 2025 & 2026 Vice President
- 2022 Best Club Man
- 2022 League Vice-Captain
- 2021 League Co-Captain

The off-season called for a different kind of race!
Team WMS swapped horsepower for footpower and took on the Rottnest Running Festival Half Marathon.
Jess powered through with Eminem blasting in her ears, while Corey kept the legs turning with episodes of The Work Area Podcast
Our Crew Chief was there for the vibes, riding in style with Gma and Gpa as his personal chariot team, although he managed to sleep through the entire 5km journey!
A great day of challenging ourselves and enjoying the island.

This isn’t the post we thought we’d be making… After everything this season has thrown at us, we’ve made the call to park it earlier than planned.
What has been a challenging year took another hit last night. Our crew chief took a heavy fall and ended up in hospital, and as if that wasn’t enough, engine damage in qualifying has brought our season to an abrupt end.
If we’re being honest, it feels like we’ve been fighting a losing battle since the Manjimup crash. No matter how many late nights, early mornings, or hours in the shed, something has always been off. We’ve given everything we have, week in and week out, and to not see it come together… it hurts more than most will ever see.
We’ve kept turning up, kept pushing, kept believing but right now, we’re empty.
This sport can be brutal. It tests you mentally, financially, and as a family. And as a small family team with a young child, just getting to the track each week takes everything we’ve got. We’re proud of that, even if the results don’t show it.
Right now, we need to take a step back, reset, and find our feet again.
Thank you to our sponsors for their ongoing support!

AUSTRALIAN TITLE RECAP 🇦🇺🏁
One of the biggest meetings of the year saw over 70 cars roll in across two huge nights of racing. The competition was tough, but we showed up ready to take it on.
We worked our way through 3 heats, a prelim, and the B Main. Keeping our nose clean, staying consistent, and pushing ourselves every time we hit the track.
A big shoutout to everyone who stopped by the pits to say hello and grab stickers and posters. We love the support! If you missed out, make sure you swing past Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday… we’re back at it again and always happy to see you.
Massive thanks to Cam and Sienna for all your help across practice and both race nights, we truly couldn’t do this without you.
Bring on the next one!

Disappointing end to a good night. Car speed was there!
Heat 1 - 5th to 5th
Heat 2 - 6th to 6th
Qualified 21st for the night putting us pole for the B main. Unfortunately whilst running 3rd, spun and consequently went to the rear of field. Drove back up to 14th.
Cars washed, maintenance to go before we hit the track again in a couple of weeks. Stacked night with 41 cars nominated, exciting to see what’s to come with the Aus title and State title in a month’s time.
