💪 Join Ash this Tuesday, 1 September, at 9:00am for Lift & Sweat's 12-Weekly Fitness Test!

Then, This one's for you! We've been running this fitness test every 12 weeks for the past year, and it's been amazing to see members improve and beat their previous scores each round. Your results will be recorded as a benchmark, giving you something to aim for when we test again in another 12 weeks.

This session is designed to test your endurance, speed, and determination through a mix of bodyweight exercises and cardio intervals.
Think: 🔥 Push-ups
🔥 Burpees
🔥 Cardio blasts
🔥 A little sweat (okay, maybe a lot 😅)

Not a numbers person? No worries. Come along, have some fun, get an awesome workout in, and challenge yourself alongside a supportive group.
