Windy, cloudy morning at CP this morning 💨🌥️ Lots of round and round plus extras this morning with 📸). Been a hot minute since I spent that much time at the park doing laps but with that much headwind out there? Felt like a good choice 😊👌🏻

They say it’s 20% exercise and 80% diet… but could it maybe be: 20% exercise, 75% diet and at least 5% sharing with good doggos? 🥐♥️

Last ride with my girl for ‘22 💜

One of the best things about riding consistently again is catching up on the regular with this babe!

Can’t believe I won’t get to ride with her until next year 😭 okay, well I guess that isn’t -too- far away! 😂

It’s a gorgeous time of the year and I absolutely love the beautiful jacarandas flowers 💜 but can’t deny the gorgeous slippery get me nervous when I see them ahead on a descent 🙈

Is there a better way to start a lonngggg weekend than with friends and a hit of endorphins? ☀️🌳

Big thanks to these girls for pushing me with such positive encouragement that I surprised myself this morning with pushing harder and faster than I thought I had in me. It was a pleasant surprise and felt so good seeing the results 💜
