Good evening all,
The Laang Speedway Club has its monthly meeting at the Laang Hall on 804 Garvoc-Laang Road on the 2nd of September, starting at 7:30pm.
All are welcome to attend the meeting on Wednesday night as we prepare for the upcoming season.

WORKING BEE NEXT SUNDAY AT LAANG SPEEDWAY

We’re calling on our Laang Speedway community for a working bee at the track this Sunday the 23th as our hard working team are preparing for what is to be an exciting upcoming 2026/2027 season.

Whether you can spare a few hours on the day or the whole day, it would be lovely to see our wonderful community and we will be very thankful for the efforts from our community to help out a small club

💜💗 RIP Tania Walsh 💗💜

It is with great sadness that the Laang Speedway family acknowledges the passing of a much-loved member of our wider speedway community, Tania Walsh.

Tania was one of those special people who always had a smile to share and was always willing to lend a hand. Her kindness, support and passion for speedway touched many people both on and off the track.

The Walsh family have given so much to our sport over the years, and during this incredibly difficult time we hope they find strength and comfort knowing they are surrounded by the love and support of their speedway family.

Our deepest condolences and love go out to Freddy, Carly, Blake and all who are feeling this loss.

Help wanted! We have our 70th anniversary celebrations next season and we are wanting to see if there is anyone out there who has Laang Memorabilia they are willing to share on the day. Also needing some help filling some gaps on our Committee. If you know who the missing people are please let us know.

Howdy Race Fans,
Unfortunately, with low Fun Day nominations and with the weather predicting 3-15mm of rain, the Laang Speedway Committee has decided to cancel the Fun Day at Laang this Sunday, the 17th of May.
We would like to thank each fan, team and volunteer for their continued support of the 2025/2026 season. We hope to see you at Laang Speedway for an exciting upcoming 2026/2027 Season
