Lake Macquarie Aikido now open Wednesdays & Thursdays, 18:00 up to ~20:00. Open to adults and mature 14 year olds and up.

Apart from Adult training, training is open to mature teenagers from 14 years and up.

Training Times are now Wednesdays & Thursdays, 18:00 up to 20:00.
