Two years ago, Jess opened the doors to The Yard. She’s been the heartbeat of it ever since.

Her approach is simple: push hard, but never lose sight of the person in front of you. Every session is loud, every rep counts, and every member gets exactly the balance of pressure and support they need.

Jess embodies everything The Yard values, an environment built on people, where members walk in as strangers and leave with friendships for life. Good people attract good people, and honestly, that starts with her 🙌

Off the floor she’s just as switched on, the standards, the programming, the culture, making sure everyone on this team backs each other the way she backs every single member who walks through the door.

Passionate. Personal. Relentless.

None of this would exist without her. This place simply wouldn’t be here 🖤
