V8 Superboats are hitting the brand-new track at Elmore Events Centre — and you’ll want to be there when history is made.

Gates open 8AM - Racing from 9AM

This isn’t just the start of a new season — it’s the inaugural race at Elmore and the return of V8 Superboat racing to Victoria.

Expect roaring V8s, split-second navigation, huge spray and some of Australia’s fastest boats. Teams will be fighting for a podium finish as they begin their campaign towards securing the 2026-2027 championship.

But first up: Round 1 of the Australian V8 Superboats hits Elmore Events Centre on Saturday, 31st October - mark your calendars! 🗓️

🔥🏁 IT STARTS RIGHT HERE. 🏁🔥

It might not look like much just yet… but this little hole is a pretty bloody big deal. 👀

Today, the first hole was dug in the ground that will become the home of Sydney V8 Superboats – Hawkesbury River Inc. 💪

From an open paddock…
to a purpose-built Jet Sprint track. 💦
From plans on paper…
to boots, shovels and dirt in the ground. 🪏

After all the planning, approvals, meetings and work behind the scenes, we’re officially underway.

There’s a LOT more dirt to move from here — but every racetrack has to start somewhere.

And ours started with one hole. 🕳️😏

Soon enough, this quiet paddock is going to look — and sound — VERY different. 🔥
