Week 4 Coaches Challenge 🌟
Benchmark — 8 Min AMRAP
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of: 200m Walk/Jog/Run → 10 Squats → 5 Push-Ups (full, knees, or elevated). Log your total rounds completed AND any additional metres/reps in your final round. 💙🩷💜

🏆 Week 1 Coaches Challenge!
Can you complete as many push-ups OR squats as possible in 60 seconds?
🔥 Squats: hips/knees must reach 90°
🔥 Push-ups: elbows must reach 90° (knees or toes both count!)
Record your attempt, post it in your Huddle group, and see how you stack up against your teammates.
The goal isn’t to be the strongest—it’s to show up, challenge yourself, and stay consistent.
