Blending the magic of sound healing and Reiki 💗

Michelle will guide you through an immersive Sound Bath, using layers of sound, frequency and vibration to encourage the body to slow down, soften and settle into deep rest.

As the sounds move through the space, I will gently move between each person, offering Reiki individually throughout the experience. Reiki will give the body a deeper invitation to soften and receive whatever healing needs to take place in the now moment.

With the incredible frequencies of sound healing instruments and Reiki alongside each other, the healing potential is amplified, and your nervous system can truly settle. It’s time to shed what is no longer serving you, and make space for a new layer of alignment.

Please note that this event will be capped at 10 to ensure that everyone attending receives Reiki. There are two pricing options, 5 x $55 for mats & 5 x $75 for futons.
