NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING and SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF LANGWARRIN FOOTBALL NETBALL CLUB

If you’d like find out more about the club and be a part of the planning and future decision making at LFNC, please join us at the upcoming AGM. Everyone is welcome!

The success of our club relies on the efforts of our committee and volunteers and we encourage you to consider how you can be involved. Even a small role can have a big impact for our club &community.

Notice is hereby given to all members that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a concurrent Special General Meeting (SGM) of Langwarrin Football Netball Club will be held:
• Date: Wednesday 18 November 2026
• Time: 6.30pm
• Location / Venue: Lloyd Park Pavilion

2. Confirmation of Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.

PART B: SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING AGENDA (Special Business)
The Special General Meeting will commence immediately following the conclusion of ordinary business at the AGM to consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a Special Resolution:

PROPOSED SPECIAL RESOLUTION
For the Rules of Langwarrin Football Netball Club to be amended by replacing the existing financial year-end date of 31 October with the new financial year-end date of 30 September, effective upon approval by the Registrar of Consumer Affairs Victoria.
The committee proposes this rule amendment to align our reporting periods with operational dates of the competition seasons.

The AGM for Langwarrin JFC will be held prior to this at 6pm.

WELCOME DUANE ANNABLE – SENIORS FORWARDS & ASSISTANT COACH 💙🤍

Langwarrin FNC is thrilled to welcome Duane Annable to the club for Season 2027, joining our coaching panel as Seniors Forwards and Assistant Coach.

Duane brings an outstanding playing and coaching résumé, with decades of experience across local football, the VFL and the Northern Territory.

WELCOME TOM TAYLOR

Langwarrin FNC is thrilled to welcome Tom Taylor to the club for Season 2027! 💙🤍

Tom joins Langwarrin after playing with South Croydon in the Premier Eastern competition, bringing valuable experience and a strong competitive edge to our playing group.

An aggressive and competitive half-back, Tom is known for his toughness and versatility, with the ability to push up the ground and impact the game as an inside midfielder.

We’re excited to see Tom in the blue and white and look forward to seeing him make his mark at Langwarrin FNC in 2027.

We also extend a warm welcome to Tom’s partner Bella as part of the Langwarrin community. 💙🤍
