This workshop will focus on exploring hip locks — a key aerial silks foundation. You’ll spend the session refining your technique, building strength and control, and learning a few smooth transitions and variations that grow from this wrap.

It’s a supportive, technique-focused session designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable in the air.

This workshop is best suited to students who are already attending aerial classes and can climb, invert, and have some prior experience with hip locks.
