100 posts ago, I had no idea where this journey would take me.

I just knew I wanted to help people.

Looking back at my first post, my first clients, the old transition videos, and everything in between, I’m reminded that growth doesn’t happen overnight.

JPT was built on a belief in myself, a passion for helping others, and the support of some incredible people along the way.

To everyone who’s been part of this journey. Clients, friends, family, and supporters. Thank you.

100 posts down.
We’re only getting started. ❤️💪

10km PB: 53:39 ✅📚

Over $311 raised for R U OK? 💛

What started as a bit of fun turned into an awesome experience supporting a cause that means a lot to JPT.

Coming into this race with no specific run training, I still felt fitter, stronger, and more mentally prepared than ever. Being 14kg down has taught me that growth happens when you challenge yourself and step outside your comfort zone.

A reminder that you’re capable of more than you think.

Do hard things. Embrace the struggle. Keep showing up.

Because no matter how tough things get, there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. ❤️❤️

Your obstacles aren’t walls, they’re the pages of your legacy ✍️

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

You can outgrow people, places, and old versions of yourself.

Most things work out when you stop overthinking them. You don’t need everyone to understand your path.

The life you want is built by the choices you make daily.

Most people say they want results…
but they don’t act like it.

They wait for motivation.
They look for the “perfect time.”
They start… then fall off.

That’s not who this is for.

This is for the ones who:
– take ownership
– show up even when they don’t feel like it
– follow a plan instead of guessing
– and actually want to change their life

Because results don’t come from knowing what to do…
they come from doing it consistently.

If you read this and thought “that’s me”
then you’re exactly who I want to work with.

DM “COACH” and let’s get started.

How to stay exactly where you are:

Keep repeating the same habits.
Keep making the same excuses.
Keep living the same routine.

It’s not your schedule holding you back. It’s what you choose to prioritise.

When something truly matters, you find a way.

Tall poppy syndrome is when someone starts doing well improving their life, their work, their fitness and instead of support, they get criticised, doubted, or put down.

It’s toxic because it punishes growth. It makes people feel guilty for trying, ashamed for being ambitious, or anxious for stepping up.

Most of the time, it’s not about you. It’s about how your progress makes others uncomfortable.

The truth? You don’t need to shrink to make anyone else comfortable. Keep raising your standards. Keep showing up. Keep moving forward.
