To All My Wonderful Yogi Regulars...
I have decided to close Zen Fitness for now.
ISO has made me realise how busy I was pre-covid and I'm wanting to have more 'down time' for myself and my family.
I know I will miss taking Yoga for Zen and will possibly do a few 'pop up' classes in the future.
Thankyou for your loyalty over the last four years. I wouldn't have continued as long as I did, if it wasn't for all of your lovely smiling faces turning up every week ❤️🙏😊

I recommend casting onto your TV to view on a larger screen. Pause and play at your own speed until you learn the combination of poses to do it at your own speed...
Here is a basic Sun Salutation I would use in my Yoga Class.
This video shows one round, on one leg (1 minute).
Repeat a second time on the other leg (2 minutes)
Repeat 6-10 times like we would in class to make up 10 minutes.
P.s I'm self - isolating at home, I promise, this is old footage I've edited 😉
