Connected Couples is a free Open Arms group program designed to help couples strengthen their relationship and feel more connected at home.

Together, you’ll learn how to:

• build on the strengths already in your relationship
• deepen connection and trust
• communicate more openly and clearly
• work through differences in safe, practical ways
• shape shared goals for your future

Designed with an understanding of military life and everyday pressures, this program supports couples to navigate challenges — together.

The program is open to current and former ADF members, and their partners or adult children (attending as a couple).
