One of the members sent in a few of their photos they have collected over the years. Some interesting stuff single blade prop, turbine, Zepplin, gyrocopter, VTOL drones, lots of wierd and wonderful things have been flown at MARCS over the years

Kevin just sent me a whole bunch of photos from various years, Plenty of inspiration if you feel like doing some scratch builds!

Whenever Andrew Downey's little 'Ugly Stick' is seen, there seems to be a lot of conversation, discussion and confusion!

When people see it being fueled up and connected to the glow-driver ready for starting (with extreme ease, even without an electric starter) it seems we're in for the usual glo-fuel experience of noise, fumes and mess ... but wait ... an extremely efficient muffler seems to be keeping the noise at bay while the extra-special 'experimental' fuel, seems to be burning without any mess at all!

Congratulations to Bob Wilson, one of our long term members who at the NEFR managed to get 3 firsts and 2 seconds in Canberra one being F5j out of 34 entrants!
