Who doesn’t like a quick grab and go snack!

We have gathered a few options that are under
200 calories per serv, macro friendly & for the parents you might even have them for your kids lunch boxes.

You can also easily pair them with a fruit or even a protein shake for a higher protein option.

Simple Macro Friendly Food Swap 🥩 Before anyone thinks I’m saying one is better then the other or you should only eat the lower calorie one [I’m Not 🙅🏻‍♀️] I’m just throwing in a tip if you’re trying to find an alternative which is lower in calories or something that fits better around your macros.
