🎾🌿 LEEDERVILLE TENNIS CLUB OPEN DAY! 🌿🎾

What a fantastic day we had on Saturday, 10th October, as Leederville Tennis Club officially opened the season! 🥳🎾

It was wonderful to see our members and visitors come down to try out our beautiful grass courts and enjoy some social tennis. Although the rain made an unexpected appearance and interrupted play, it certainly didn’t dampen our spirits! 🌧️💚

After tennis, everyone enjoyed a good old-fashioned sausage sizzle 🌭, while the bar was buzzing with great company, plenty of laughs and good conversations! 🍻🥂

👏 A BIG THANK YOU to our special guests! 👏

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Hon. John Carey MLA; City of Vincent Councillor Suzanne Worner; and Alex Fergusson from Tennis West for joining us and supporting our club on this special occasion. Your presence helped make our Open Day even more memorable! 💚🎾

A huge thank you as well to all our members, visitors and volunteers who came along and helped make the day a success. Despite the rain, we finished on a high note with great tennis, delicious food and wonderful company!

Here’s to another fantastic season filled with friendship, fun and plenty of tennis! 🙌🎾

New season, fresh grass, great mates — let’s play! 💚

🐝👑 Busy Bee – Bossy Club Captain Karen! 👑🐝

Of course our Club Captain, Karen, was right in the thick of the action at the LTC Busy Bee! And should be wearing a hat out in the sun ☀️ 😂💪🎾

Apparently being Club Captain means getting your hands dirty! 🤣🧤🌿

Keeping the troops organised, handing out jobs, checking progress… and occasionally picking up a broom herself! 🧹😂

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along and got stuck in — to keep our club looking fabulous! 💚👏

Huge thanks to Matt, Glenn and Terry for helping get our lights back where they belong and keeping our courts shining bright! 💡✨
