Holiday RESET timetable starts next week 👏👏

Exactly as it sounds, here’s the perfect opportunity to reset back into the zone before term 4 kicks off.
Before we begin our term 4 program, let’s shake it up a bit!

There's nothing random about instructing a class. Behind the scenes, and while we're coaching, every single decision has a purpose behind it. Every rep, every cue has a reason why.

We throw a lot of time and thought into our classes - that's why it's so fulfilling to watch the programs come to life and to see clients building and growing. Proud is an understatement. 💙
