That Sunday feeling just got a whole lot better 😎

Knowing you’ve got another day off tomorrow makes Sunday feel pretty good.

Sleep in. Take it easy. Enjoy the long weekend.

Here's the thing about getting fitter:

You don't need to be perfect.

You need to be consistent.

A decent workout done regularly will always beat the occasional “I'm going to absolutely smash myself today” session.

Turn up. Do the work. Go home feeling better than when you arrived.

It's not complicated, but it does take some reframing.

Look, I’ll take all the help I can get… so big thank you to Golden Hour for giving me a leg up 😂☀️

Day two of our new timetable and Easton Park was looking pretty good. Crisp weather, sun peeking over the city, and the crew getting stuck in.

Awesome to see the new times settling in already. Huge thanks to everyone who’s jumped on board and supported the shift! ❤️

Okay, this is getting real. 👀

From Monday 28 September, we’ve got two morning sessions at Easton Park:

6:00–6:40am
6:40–7:20am

A little more choice, a little more flexibility and hopefully a timetable that makes it even easier to get your training in.

Same GoodShape. Just more ways to show up. 💪

Spring has definitely arrived 😎

Shoutout to the bug who clearly wanted some screen time 😂 I’m still getting the hang of seeing my own face.

In all seriousness, the mornings down at Easton Park have been absolutely stunning lately.

We’re super excited about our new timetable kicking off on Monday 28 September, giving everyone a couple of new options to get their training in:

⏰ 6:00 AM – 6:40 AM

⏰ 6:40 AM – 7:20 AM

A massive thank you to everyone for all the support and feedback along the way. We really appreciate it ❤️

Come down next week and catch the sunrise with us! 🌅

We're adding another morning session!

From Monday 28 September, we're moving to two 40-minute morning classes:

🌅 6:00–6:40am

☀️ 6:40–7:20am

Same GoodShape training. Same crew. Just a bit more flexibility around when you get your training in.

Maybe 6am and catching the sunrise is your thing. 🌅

Maybe 6:40am gives you a little extra lie-in. 😴

Either way, you've got another option.

More flexibility. More ways to get moving. More ways to show up. 💪

“I’ll definitely get back into training this week.”

Also me on Sunday:
“Maybe next week.” 😂

We’ve all been there.

You don’t need a perfect plan or a huge burst of motivation. Sometimes you just need to pick a session, show up and get moving.

Then you’re already halfway there. 💪

You don't have to be fit to start.

You don't need to know what you're doing.

And you definitely don't need to be able to keep up with everyone else.

Everyone starts somewhere.

The important bit is just getting moving, finding something you enjoy and building from there.

That's why we scale the sessions to the person, not the other way around. 💪

Strength training isn't just about getting stronger in the gym.

It's carrying the shopping. Getting up off the floor. Taking the stairs. Feeling good on a long walk. Keeping up with the kids.

It's those little things that add up.

You don't need to smash yourself every session either. A few good sessions a week, done consistently, can go a long way.

That's a big part of what we do at GoodShape. 💪

03/09/2026

Some people come to GoodShape to get fit.

Some come because they want to feel stronger.

Some just like getting outside and seeing the crew in the morning.

And some have been doing it for 10+ years.

We reckon that's a pretty good sign that we're doing something right. ❤️

Keep showing up. That's the secret.
