Lindisfarne Tennis represented yesterday at an Eastern Shore gathering with fellow sporting codes to ask Clarence City Council to work more openly to support and enable local, volunteer clubs like ours.

It was a positive and respectful event, attended by local council members.

We look forward to continuing to work with CCC to enable the resurfacing of our Synthetic grass courts, that are in dire need of replacing.

The Ticket to Wellbeing program is now open for applications and we are excited about this awesome initiative!

Those who live in Tasmania, are 65 years old or over, and are listed on a Services Australia Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card, can apply for a $100 voucher to use towards the cost of sport and active recreation membership and/or registration.

Eligible applicants can apply for a voucher online by visiting the website https://www.tickettowellbeing.tas.gov.au/ or in person at a Service Tasmania centre.

Vouchers are limited and the program will close for new applications when all available vouchers have been issued. Vouchers must be submitted to the club by 4 June 2027

Learn how Ticket to Wellbeing helps eligible Tasmanians aged 65 and over with a $100 voucher for sport and active recreation membership.

Congratulations to the Loan Sharks for taking out this year's winter comp! 🏆🍾

Unfortunately a rain interrupted competition but the Sharks were the pack leader throughout the comp.

Big thanks to club captain Cameron Stone for organising the competition.

🎾 AGM - THIS WEDNESDAY 🎾

A reminder that our Annual General Meeting is on Wednesday 9th September at 6:30pm.

It’s a great opportunity to hear about the year that’s been, find out what’s planned for the season ahead, and have your say on the future of our club.

We’d love to see as many members there as possible - whether you’ve been heavily involved this year or simply enjoy being part of the club.

📣 Our winter intraclub comp grand final is this Wednesday (25th Aug) night between the Loan Sharks and Public Serve Tas.

Play to commence approx 630pm.
