And it’s a wrap!
Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai and Hills District Cricket Association are our 2026 champions!
Scoring 189 in the final they held out a valiant Ipswich Hornets (10/140) to claim the Ron and Glenva Blok trophy.
Our Plate division winners were Bathurst District who scored 5/146 and then bowled out Newcastle Blasters for 78.
Our Spirit of Cricket team were Manly Warringah.
Congratulations to all our award winners and thank you all for a great carnival!

LCC ground staff preparing the centre wicket for our finals today between Hornsby Ku-ring-gai & Hills District Cricket Association and Ipswich Hornets.

Finals Day tomorrow, Thursday 8 January.
In the championship final, Hornsby will take on Ipswich.
And in the plate final, Newcastle takes on Bathurst.
All other teams will also be playing a match before coming to Oakes Oval to watch the culmination of the competition and enjoy a pizza lunch.
The presentation of awards and trophies will commence shortly after the completion of the final.
Who will lift the Ron and Glenva Blok trophy for 2026??

WELCOME TO LISMORE – UNDER 12 CRICKET CARNIVAL

A big welcome to all players, families and officials visiting Lismore for the Under 12 Cricket Carnival, starting today. It’s great to have this much-loved carnival back in our city, with teams travelling from across the state for four days of competitive cricket.

We wish all players the best of luck and hope you enjoy your time both on and off the field. To our local community, we encourage you to come along, support the event and enjoy watching some of Australia’s talented young cricketers in action.
