As most of you know, I have taken some time away working solely in my other role.
But I have had a lot of requests from my clients to open back up and as I love nothing more than to help people achieve their goals, I simply cannot say turn them down! ❤️
I am super pumped for this and will be getting the home gym organised and ready over the holidays to kick off with a bang from January 17th!
At this stage, I will be available from 4:15pm - 7:15pm, Monday to Thursday and possibly Saturdays in the future depending on numbers.

Great recipe idea from my friends and local business Village Fresh Fruit & Veg

PJs Country Fruit & Veg
BROCCOLI SALAD 🥦🥗
8 slices bacon
5 cups broccoli florets (from 1 large head of broccoli)
⅓ cup diced red onion
½ cup dried unsweetened cranberries
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup plain yogurt
Method:
- Cook the bacon. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add the bacon slices to a parchment-lined baking tray and cook for 15 to 18 minutes, or until crispy. Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to dry and cool.
- Add everything to a bowl. Add the broccoli, red onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and goat cheese to a large mixing bowl. When the bacon is cool to the touch, crumble it on top.
- To make the dressing, add the mayonnaise and yogurt to a small bowl and stir together.

Hi, I am Tayla and I am the owner and coach at TMPT.
I am a health and fitness coach with over 10 years experience in the industry.
My goal for my clients is to see them become the very best version of themselves. Both inside, and out.
I strive for perfection around form and movement techniques and believe this is an integral component to master before anything else.
I am a huge advocate for mental health and I am here to help my client’s achieve their goals long term mentally and physically.
I have seen a vast amount of fat loss ‘methods’ come and go over the years and I now believe that I have mastered the techniques of helping my clients transform their minds and body for long term health.
I have also completed and continue to study many workshops and courses that provide me with the updated knowledge so I can find the best solution for you and your body.
Just keep in mind, that there really are no quick fixes! It does take determination and dedication. I promise to do my part as long as you can promise to do yours!
