Today Lismore ladies played a 2 person Ambrose event at Lismore Golf Club.
Our generous sponsors today were the wonderful ladies from GUR ( girls under repair ) . We thank you very much for our prizes today.

Kyogle Ladies Golf held their open day, attracting a strong contingent from our group. Despite the focus on competition, the emphasis was on camaraderie, with all attendees appreciating the rain-free conditions. Linda Waring was our only winner today, securing A grade honours with 35 points.

Our Lismore Workers Women’s Golf Pennant team at Kyogle playing against Ballina. Lismore won 4 matches out of 5 and finished 2nd in Division 2 North.
Congratulations to all our ladies that played in our Pennant team. You have done us proud.

Well we had an adventurous day on the course , a few surprises, tricky putts, but the sun was shining and I think a few of us played “giggle golf !”…. The reason being that our fabulous groundsman and volunteers are over sowing the greens with bent grass seed, so there are 18 temporary greens for quite a few weeks.
In future plans they will level the tee blocks and cart paths. We will have a FABULOUS course when it’s finished ☺️⛳️
