Sydney black belt training is happening this Sunday April 26th! As usual class will be running from 8:30-10:30 at the Northern Beaches Dojang.

Master Mitch Wetherall and Master Sam Morgan will be taking us through some sparring drills so bring your shin pads, gloves, and any other sparring gear you like to train with; and come learn something that will make your sparring just that little bit better!
