Great to see a good bunch of kids enjoying somewhat frosty Sunday morning Auskick session

Benji here again and apologies for multiple messages through Facebook.

As discussed with parents the other night at training.

Unfortunately the northern star’s opportunity has fallen through.

Lara FNC have agreed to welcome Anakie and little river Und16’s to their training on Thursday 6:30pm and Sunday 10:15am until cricket finishes.

Anakie committee will be onsite at the training for Und16’s to meet & greet either tonight or Sunday.

This will only be for the 2023 season and we are hoping to get some numbers back in 2024

U18s and U16s training this week Monday and Thursday night 6:00pm @ Anakie.

All other ages to be advised of training and times this week.

A lot going on behind the scenes to try to accommodate and to try make everything work for all our kids.

Just following up for any feedback around the northern stars and the little river junior football club. Happy for people to either post comments here or send me (or Kylie) messages directly.

After the meeting Monday night regarding participation numbers for 2023 junior football we advised of limited numbers across all age groups.

The Northern Stars community Hub reached out with an offer to our juniors the opportunity to play amongst their age groups fielding und10’s, 12’s, 14’s, 2 x 16’s / Und16’s girls.

Little river club representatives would be included in any age team our players choose to play.

Home games and training venues to be shared.

All registered players with the Nth Stars will receive free footy boots, socks, shorts, singlet & playing jumper thanks to Recharge Industries.

As there has been no interest in mouthguard fitting this season, we will not be organising.

Kempe Junior Football Vote Counts will go ahead TONIGHT at 7pm, live from the comfort of your home.

The vote count presentations will be posted on AFL Barwon TV website at 7pm - http://www.aflbarwon.tv/live

These will be posted in age groups below and will count the final two rounds of the season.
