On Wednesday we celebrated SALBA's 40th birthday. Many past members and Life Members attended the party.

SA LADIES Badminton Association is celebrating the 40th anniversary.

Come to play some fun games and have coffee, tea and cakes with us.

Today was the funeral of one of our past players Sue Cash, it was a beautiful service and lovely ulogies by her husband Martin, son Chris and daughter Caroline. It was good to see quite a few people from badminton attending, June, Del, Moira, Supattra, Leni, Chris Thirwell, Wendy Mathews and myself. A lovely bunch of flowers from the ladies badminton, thanks to June. RIP Sue.💙 Carol R 💐😪

June Beck was awarded the Ken Hall Volunteers Award which was presented by SABA Life Member Greg Stanford. Congratulations June, well deserved for your long time services to badminton.👏🏸

Hoodwinked won the C1 grade at the Atalanta Jamboree in Hamilton...we want through undefeated & battled through to win 4-3 in the final.

Our ladies joined the BVASA Avengers team to play in the Eaglehawk Bendigo Tournament on the weekend finishing 2nd in B2.

I had the absolute pleasure in presenting the inaugural Carol Hood Trophy for the
Best Performing Jamboree player 2019 to
Marg Burke in Mildura this weekend. She was totally unaware that she had won this award & was quite surprised 😮
