Our in house club comp is locked 🔒 in and we are excited 💪

It’s the perfect starting point and opportunity for anyone regardless of experience, to explore the different aspects of martial arts competition. In a safe and inclusive environment.

We have:
- Muay Thai/ mod Thai exhibition rounds
- Point Sparring
- Grappling

Technical Events:

- Poomsae
- Board Breaking
- Sumo
- Sword
-Jump High Kick
- Speed Kicking

Entry forms will be at reception on Thursday. Email has been sent out to families

Even though martial arts is an individual sport, you need a solid team around you to help you learn, grow and develop. 💪🥋

Every training partner, coach and teammate plays a part in the journey. We push each other, celebrate the wins, learn from the losses and keep showing up.

3 days of Work and we have still a few little things to do. But it’s Ready for Monday!

We are super excited to share the new space with you ✨🥊🥋🤼‍♀️

A few little notes 📝 and Rules to keep our space safe, clean and usable for its intended purpose.

🚨The mats have been raised to 100mm high with a frame. This means you must now step up onto the mats. There is no excuse for anyone to walk over the top of them with their shoes.👞 We have clean and clear pathways to access seating.

We have 100mm of foam so throwing and take downs are going to be mint👌

🪑🌱 All seating will now be near the front roller doors including Bag storage. It’s also the cooler and breezy side of the gym.

🩴Shoes as always need to worn when off the mats and in the toilets. 🚽 you can Keep your shoes at the edge of the mat to make it easier for you.

🦶You MUST clean your feet with the wipes before you train. There are two Giant dispensers and bins provided next to them. The lighter colour mats are going to attract and show dirt

🙅‍♀️Children or anyone who is not taking part in the classes are not permitted to enter the Black rubber mat area, boxing ring, boxing bag area or General matting area.
