We had this gorgeous boy go home last week!
Ted is a retired dressage pony who spent a couple months with us while his owners travelled to QLD to escape the wet and cold weather. Lucky them!!
He left looking fabulous! We hope he comes back for another stay in the future.

A little reminiscing past year’s babies while we not-so-patiently wait for this year’s arrivals 🥹🌼🐴

There’s really nothing quite like foaling season — the late-night checks, watching the cameras far too often, the “is tonight the night?!” texts… and then finally getting to meet the little faces we’ve been waiting so long for. 🤍

We have three very exciting Marigold Park babies due this season, and the countdown is well and truly on!

For now, here’s a little throwback to some of the cuteness because apparently we needed another reason to be impatient. 😂

We are opening 3 bookings for foaling-down mares this season.

Marigold Park offers a small, boutique foaling service with typically only 1–2 mares due around the same time, allowing us to provide close, individual monitoring.

Our foaling setup includes:

🐴 Foaling paddocks located directly by the house
📹 Camera monitoring
🔔 Smart Foal foaling alarms
💕 Close monitoring as your mare approaches foaling
🩺 Vet approximately 15 minutes away if required
📞 Owners kept updated and welcome to be on call to attend and witness the foaling
🍼 Mare & foal monitoring following birth

$20/day agistment + $750 one-off foaling fee

Mares arrive approximately 1 weeks prior to their due date, giving them time to settle before foaling.

Longer stays before or after foaling can also be arranged.

Veterinary, transport and any additional veterinary/emergency costs are not included.

We have 2 spaces available for dry mares being bred this season at Marigold Park.

A small, boutique property offering personalised care and assistance throughout the breeding process.

🐴 Daily care & monitoring
🌾 Feeding & pasture management
🩺 Assistance coordinating reproductive vet appointments
🐴 Holding/handling for vet appointments
📞 Liaising with vets/studs as required
💕 Pregnancy care following a positive scan

Vet, stallion/stud and transport fees not included.

Mares are also welcome to remain with us throughout their pregnancy, with foaling-down services available by arrangement.

Heading into our third foaling season thanks to the fabulous staff at Victorian Equine Group. This year will be the 4th year we have been breeding, excited to see what is ahead for us. We hope everyone has a safe foaling season and fertile breeding season.

We have two due in just a short 6ish weeks and a third at Christmas time.
