My Fitness Journey

My fitness journey has been a journey of learning, growth, and becoming a better version of myself. Like a lot of people, I’ve had my ups and downs with training, motivation, consistency, and knowing exactly what I should be doing to reach my goals. Over time, I realised that having the right guidance and someone in your corner can make such a huge difference. That’s where Kyle came in.

Since having Kyle as my coach, I’ve seen a completely different side to my training and fitness. He has helped me understand not just what to do, but why I’m doing it. He has given me structure, accountability, encouragement, and the confidence to keep pushing myself even when things aren’t always easy.

What I appreciate most about Kyle is how genuinely invested he is in my progress. He takes the time to listen, understand where I’m at, and adjust things when needed. He’s always supportive and approachable, but he also knows when to push me outside of my comfort zone. I’ve never felt like just another client — I feel like he actually cares about helping me achieve my goals.

The progress I’ve made so far isn’t just about physical changes. My mindset, confidence, discipline, and relationship with fitness have all improved. Kyle has played a huge part in that, and I’m incredibly grateful for the knowledge, support, and belief he has given me throughout this journey.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where this journey is heading. I know I still have plenty of goals to work towards, and having Kyle beside me makes me feel confident that I can achieve them.

Ben has been a member this month that not only has been engaging with both staff and members in club, but proudly representing our gym over social media also!

When we explain to Ben why we were awarding him the member of the month he said “ the whole reasoning why he posts on social media and chat to more members in Club is to create a better environment for everyone and to get our gym community thriving! “

POSING ROOM RULES & REGULATIONS 💃

- be mindful of your time in there especially during peak hour times, take your selfie and get out
- there is to be no smoking, va**ng or inappropriate behaviour allowed in there at all times, this room is monitored by 24hr camera
- our PT coaches have priority over this room as they will need to use it for client check ins, so please be respectful to them
- outside coaches / posing coaches will not be allowed to pose their clients in our posing room, please email our club manager if you wish to pose them in club. disrespecting this rule will result in a fine
- there is to be no pieces of equipment or weight plates from the gym floor enter this room at any time
- we are supplying you guys with a great room to take post workout selfies so please respect it and treat it with the love we do
