Over the moon with the results has got. Beyond proud of her efforts. When we started together Charlon suffered from diverticulitis (inflammation in GI Tract) after learning triggers and how to handle them things have been a lot better for her. Living in Sydney Covid also played a huge role, on stress and activity levels, the effort Charlon put in to get her steps in walking in the apartment is unbelievable.

Recently I have had the pleasure of working with charlon, Who over time had developed severe diverticulitis and this was making things very difficult and uncomfortable for her day to day life.
Very glad to say after some diet modifications and learning trigger foods charlon is feeling a lot better in herself and also down some kgs. Posted • Great meal plans and great results, thanks to Rocky.

There is NO generic plan for nutrition, what may work for one may not work for another.
Nutrition is the most important part of any training plan, weather to bulk up, loss weight or just overall health. It isn’t as simple as if your not losing weight cut more calories and train harder.
Learn what works for your client
And what doesn’t, what you plan for one client may make another very ill. Nutrition is not a one size fits all approach.

When you start lifting you see it as nothing more then something different to try or something new, for some this is the case for others it becomes a passion and allows you to travel all around the country and meet people u could only every dream to meet (way to many to name).
It can turn into a business that allows you to share your passion with others, allowing clients to further themselves some may stay while others will move on to do there own thing so if you are thinking of giving it a go it’s worth it you never know what can happen or where you will end up it could change your life completely.

We get asked a lot when lifting how should you warm up, The answer is always treat your warm ups like your max.
Your warm up is there to prepare your body for the movement it’s about to complete and allow for weight adaption so should be put through the same movement pattern, if you half ass your warm up there is a chance of injury and also a half ass performance.
