I’m very honoured and proud to receive official notification today that I’ve been nominated by Martial Arts Australia to be considered as an inductee for the Masters Award 2023. The award recipients will be announced on 21st October at the official ceremony in Melbourne.

Bujinkan Jissen Dojos is made up of some truly outstanding people with exceptional skills and knowledge. Collectively, our teachers and students bring so much to our dojo and as a teacher I’m extremely blessed to walk amongst such wonderful men and women who are not only warriors in their own right, but who continue to impress me daily with their mindset, dedication, commitment and growth.

Congratulations to those members of Bujinkan Jissen Dojos who were the recipients of our 2022 Awards. These awards recognise our members who have excelled throughout 2022.
This years categories included Instructor of the Year, Most Valuable Member Award, Most Improved Student Award, Encouragement Award as well as several other categories. The awards are decided by peer review nominations and I was honoured to personally award each student in front of dojo members, friends and family.
A truly outstanding effort and everyone that was nominated, and those that received an award should be extremely proud of your efforts not only throughout 2022, but over the past several years during the Covid pandemic.
