We are back open starting next Monday! 8th of January. We finished 2023 with a bang so let’s keep that momentum rolling through to another year of prosperity and smashing goals. Let’s get it! 💪🥊

On the 16/12/23 we held our first Muscle Muay Thai in house fight challenge , it was a 4 week challenge where Jake and myself (Tyson) had some spare time and energy to put in to from not having and fighters on the December Powerhouse Fight Series as Coaches.

The response we got from everyone who entered, and our general classes took off to the next level from day 1 to fight day. A short 4 week camp , We had a goal to push an be focused for and everyone brought the effort an energy.
5 days a week with running before and extras after class.

The challenge was a lot of things and the growth an success we saw in that time. To see them fight and put on a show for everyone & compete hard against team mates but have sportsmanship as Coaches we were blown away of how it all went. It was a challenge that made experience individually being first timers and as a team to live a fighters preparation and all that comes with it. Just so Proud 🥹
