What makes these weekends so special isn't just the results. It's the months of training, the early mornings, the shared kilometres, the encouragement along the way, and the friendships that develop when people chase goals together.
Everyone who started crossed the finish line, there were plenty of personal victories, and a number of outstanding age-group performances to celebrate. Most importantly, everyone returned home with new stories, new experiences, and memories that will last far longer than any finishing time.
If you've ever thought about giving trail running a go, training for your first event, improving your fitness, or simply finding a supportive group of runners to share the journey with, we'd love to have you join us. These runners all started somewhere, and their success is proof of what can happen when consistent training meets a great community.
๐ฉ Get in touch if you'd like to learn more about our trail running adventures. Your next running goal might be closer than you think. ๐๐๐

Endurance is the name of the game this weekend! ๐ช๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
A huge good luck to our trail running crew heading to the beautiful Sunshine Coast for the final running of the Yandina Five-O Trail Run. This event has become a favourite on the running calendar for many of our athletes over the years, combining challenging trails, great scenery and plenty of adventure. The trip is about so much more than just the run and spending time with a great bunch of mates in a beautiful location has been a big part of the attraction. No doubt you'll return with tired legs, muddy shoes and a few stories worth sharing!
We also have a number of athletes making the trip north to Cairns for the iconic Ironman Cairns. What has quickly become one of Australia's premier endurance events continues to attract both first-time Ironman competitors and seasoned triathletes chasing new goals. The months of training are done โ now it's time to trust the process and enjoy the experience.
For those staying closer to home, many of you will be ticking off another important long run as preparations continue for the Gold Coast Marathon. Every kilometre banked now is another step towards race day success.
Whether you're tackling trails, swimming, riding, running, or simply building your marathon fitness, remember that endurance is built one session at a time.
Have a fantastic weekend, race hard, support each other, recover well, and most importantly enjoy the journey.
