Just a heads up team!
Focus Training Centre will be 24/7 access only from Friday 1st May through to Monday 4th May.
There will be no staff on the floor during this period, but members can still train as normal using their 24/7 access. Please do not bring in any non-members during this time (the gym is still security monitored for your safety)
We’ll be back in the gym and fully staffed from Tuesday 5th May.

One of our young members coming up! He’s already setting the standard with balancing work, playing rugby league for Norths Devils and still showing up pushing hard in the gym!

Consistency & adherence drives progress. You can achieve this by monitoring these 4 performance pillars.
Balancing these pillars are detrimental to your progression and growth. When one falls off, the others tend to suffer as well.
It’s not a matter of perfection but a matter of consistency across these four topics.
All too often we see people go as hard as possible with training only while neglecting their nutrition, sleep & stress management and wonder why nothing changes. Typically the outcome turns to burnout or injury from the neglect of other performance pillars.
It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
Find something sustainable you can stick to and see it through.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT:
Cameron has been training here at focus with us for some time now, but recently has decided to step things up a notch with his approach to training nutrition with our coach .
Cam comes predominantly from a Rubgy League background so he is well versed in strength training and understands the importance of the discipline associated, so his adherence has been second to none throughout these past few weeks; and god does it show!
We have dropped a whopping 7kgs during this cut phase so far & we’re only a few weeks in!
Phenomenal work.
