When we practice yoga, it is not in a particular style or method, we simply practice yoga. Using our breath, we can discover a pathway to unifying our minds to our bodies. By exercising the breath, we begin to feel all the movements of the body that we normally don’t feel, and as soon as we begin to feel our body, we begin to master our body............
My name is Ree, a certified, registered yoga teacher with WYA International and I come from a Buddhist background. I am trained to teach Traditional Hatha Yoga and vinyasa style yoga, including Meditation, basic Ayurvedic Medicine, alternative therapies, Yoga therapy, naturopathy and marma therapy.
