GSG riding & supported at the 2025 ABSA Cape Epic in Cape Town South Africa. 18 days to go!!

The Tour de France of mountain biking is taking place in Cape Town, South Africa from 16-23 March. GSG has a team entered into the Grand Masters (50+ age group)category. With over 16000m of brutal climbing & temperamental weather playing a role, the riders have much to overcome just to survive each day.

A privilege to spend time with Southern Hemisphere Natives defend their title at the 2024 Pan Pacific Masters Games Rugby. A lot of strapping to hold these old buggers together & plenty of recovery sessions to have them ready for their next games. 3 days in the sun. The Australian rugby legend, David Campese, handing out the medals.

Gove Sports Group are our massage therapist/strapper on site for our Carnival. Thanks to Darryl if you supply your own tape ~ it’s a FREE service.

If need to use his tape it’s $5 per leg/ankle/hand etc taped.

Massages are also available FREE in limited time sessions and on specific areas ~ Eg lower back, shoulders, legs. All participants will need to sign in with Gove Sports Group at the time of their session.

We’ve been putting on events for a while now. This was a 14 day, 2244km charity ride across South Africa back in 2011, with the Springbok 7’s team joining out for the 1st 70km out of Cape Town.
