We’re searching for the next Team Australia Junior skaters to represent Australia on the world stage at the Junior Roller Derby World Cup 2027 in Scotland!

📍 Tryouts will be held in Windsor, NSW�📅 1–2 August 2026�⚠️ All skaters selected for tryouts are expected to attend both days.

Applications close:�🗓 28 June 2026�🕕 6:00pm AEST

All applications will be reviewed by the Leadership Team. Eligible skaters will be notified of their outcome and provided with further tryout information by 4 July 2026.

RADFEST isn't just for experienced skaters. It's one of the best opportunities for newer skaters to build confidence, develop skills, make friends, and fall even more in love with Roller Derby!

Following feedback from previous years and some timetable adjustments for RADFEST 2026, we've made a few changes to better support our newest athletes. Level 1 skaters will have a slightly later start on Saturday and a reduced amount of on-skates time across the weekend to help manage fatigue and keep the experience fun, engaging, and positive from start to finish.

The best part? Level 1 skaters will still get to work with ALL of our incredible guest coaches throughout the weekend! 🌟

Our coaches tailor sessions specifically for newer skaters, focusing on skill development, confidence building, teamwork, and plenty of fun derby games designed to help athletes get the most out of their RADFEST experience.

To reflect these changes, the Level 1 registration fee has been reduced to just $85.
