Did you know we offer massage here too? đż
Tucked away inside MAD is our little massage space â warm, quiet and designed to give you somewhere to switch off for a while.
Because looking after your body isnât always about pushing harder.
Sometimes itâs training and building strength.
Sometimes itâs mobility and movement.
And sometimes itâs slowing down, releasing some tension and giving your body a chance to recover.
Massage is available right here at MAD, whether youâre training with us or simply looking for somewhere to take a little time for yourself.
Strong body. Strong mind.
Itâs all part of looking after the whole person. đ
Send us a message if youâd like to know more or book a massage.

Four months ago, we made some pretty big changes at MAD.
After a decline in my health last year, we knew something had to shift. We wanted to create a healthier work-life balance for our family and help others learn how to do the same, while giving our clients more personalised support.
It was also the beginning of a bigger shift for MAD â towards a more holistic approach to strength, movement and wellbeing.
Weâre still a gym. Weâre still training. And weâre definitely still here đ Weâre just becoming much more intentional about how we help people look after their bodies and minds.
Part of that restructure meant cutting back a lot of our classes, including Stretch + Mobility.
I was still training and moving, so at first I didnât think too much of it.
But over the last four months, my body has been reminding me BIG TIME that apparently Iâm almost 43⊠even though my brain is still convinced weâre 23. đ
Things were getting tighter. Little niggles were creeping in. And the best way I can describe it is that my body felt like it was starting to work against me, rather than with me.
And apparently, I wasnât the only one.
Past clients have continued asking when Stretch + Mobility was coming back, and after running another pop-up session this week, between all the moans and groans đ and conversations about the aches, pains and niggles creeping back in, we all came to the same conclusionâŠ
We need this class.
And the more we thought about it, the more we realised it fits perfectly with where MAD is heading.
Looking after your body isnât always about lifting heavier or working harder. Sometimes itâs about slowing down, moving well, recovering properly and giving your body what it needs to keep doing all the other things you ask of it.
Strength. Movement. Recovery. Wellbeing.
Itâs all connected.
So⊠you asked. We listened.
STRETCH + MOBILITY IS BACK. đ

Weâre so excited to welcome Kylee Clarke from Krystalline Kreations- wellness programs to our space as a Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in nervous system regulation and subconscious healing.
This is another step towards the vision weâve been quietly building behind the scenes. While movement and strength training will always be at the heart of what we do, weâre passionate about supporting the whole person.
Strong body. Strong mind.
We donât see fitness and wellness as separate things. Theyâre inseparable. Health isnât just about what happens in the gym. Itâs about how we sleep, how we manage stress, how we regulate our nervous system, how we nourish our bodies, how we process lifeâs challenges and how we reconnect with ourselves.
Sometimes the answer is movement. Sometimes itâs rest. Sometimes itâs learning to slow down and finding support in the areas that need it most. Lasting change comes from finding balance.
Kyleeâs approach aligns so beautifully with this philosophy, helping people move beyond feeling stuck, overwhelmed or anxious to create meaningful and lasting change from the inside out.
This isnât us moving away from what we do. Itâs an expansion of it. The gym is still part of our story. Itâs just no longer the whole story.
Welcome to the MAD family, Kylee. We canât wait to see the lives youâll help transform. đ€
To book with Kylee, send her a message via Krystalline Kreations or reach out to us and weâll happily point you in the right direction.
Strong Body. Strong Mind.

Big things are happening at MAD⊠đż
As many of you know, weâve been gradually evolving into more than just a gym.
Our vision has always been to create a place where people can become strongerânot just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Thatâs why weâre so excited to officially welcome Krystalline Kreations- wellness programs into the MAD family.
Kylee will now be sharing our space, bringing her incredible wellbeing programs to our community, beginning with Wild Hearts Wellbeing for children.
Wild Hearts is a beautiful outdoor program designed to help children slow down, build confidence, make meaningful friendships and develop practical wellbeing skillsâall while connecting with nature.
This partnership is something weâre genuinely excited about because it aligns so closely with what we believe:
Strong Body. Strong Mind.
And this is only the beginningâŠ
Over the coming months weâll be collaborating on even more workshops, wellbeing events and programs for both children and adults, creating a space where movement, connection and wellbeing come together.
If you have children aged 8â12, Term 3 enrolments for Wild Hearts are now open.
Head over to Krystalline Kreations- wellness programs for all the details, or send Kylee a message to learn more. đ
Welcome to the MAD family, Kyleeâweâre so excited for whatâs ahead.

Every Strong Body Project starts with someone whoâs not sure they belong.
Someone who thinks theyâre too unfit.
Too old.
Too busy.
Too self-conscious.
Too inexperienced.
Then something amazing happens.
They discover theyâre stronger than they thought.
They achieve things they never imagined.
They find people who cheer them on, celebrate their wins, and pick them up on the hard days.
These arenât actors.
These arenât paid testimonials.
These are real people. Real members. Real words.
And thatâs exactly why we wanted to share them.
If youâve been watching from the sidelines wondering whether this could be for you⊠maybe this is your sign.
đ Our next Strong Body Project is almost full, with just 2 places remaining.
If youâd like to find out more, send us a message. Weâd love to have a chat and see if itâs the right fit for you.
Starts July 13.
Train with purpose.

đ There was a whole lot of excitement in the MAD Fitness family today! đ
Little Miss D and her team, Mini Sting from Obsession All Stars, took home đ„ 1st Place! AND Coach Keishaâs Little Miss S and her team from Dance Express, also brought home đ„ 1st Place!
As mums, weâre incredibly proud. But as part of the MAD Fitness family, weâre just as proud to watch these girls grow into strong, confident and resilient young people.
We love celebrating the achievements of our members, but we also love celebrating the little people growing up alongside our MAD community.
The dedication these girls put into their training, the friendships they build, the teamwork they show and the courage it takes to step onto that competition floor are all qualities that will serve them well for life.
Congratulations to both teams and every athlete who competed today. And a very special congratulations to our two girlsâwe couldnât be prouder. đ
Hereâs to raising strong, confident girls who lift each other up. âšđȘ

What a way to finish our very first Strong Body Project block! đđ€
Eight weeks ago this group made a commitment to themselves.
Not to chase perfection.
Not to punish themselves with exercise.
Not to focus on the number on the scales.
But to build strength.
Build confidence.
Build healthier habits.
And learn to train with purpose.
Over the past 8 weeks weâve celebrated personal bests, learnt new skills, supported one another through the tough days and shared plenty of laughs along the way.
The best part?
Every single person pictured here (and the ones who were away) has chosen to continue into Block 2. â€ïž
That tells us weâre building something pretty special.
We do have 2 places remaining for anyone who has been thinking about joining us.
If youâre looking for a supportive environment where the focus is on building a strong body and a strong mind, weâd love to welcome you.
