Boogie Bounce Mackay

Thanks so much to everyone who could make it to the final class last night!
I have had a lot of fun bouncing with you and with all who've come to my classes over the past 2 years....
While Mackay won't be the same without Boogie Bounce, I encourage you all to keep moving and don't ever give up on your health and fitness goals!
I will miss you.

Thanks so much Mackay Christian College for having me bounce at your Senior Campus this week! It was enjoyable to instruct some intense sessions for the Year 10's and 12's. Well done students, your rockstar jumps, tucks and splits were very impressive!

Meet Paula. A very energetic and dedicated Boogie Bouncer. My first friend when I was a nervous new Boogie Bouncer myself!
She pretends to dislike exercise, in particular any routine with squats and the Russian kicks 🤣
Deep down, despite her dry humour, Paula loves to bounce and she is extremely good at it. You won't catch her doing low options, ever! I once saw her briefly touch the handlebar in the past 2 yrs. Thank you Paula for all your support and the many memories. Paula Jones

Unfortunately, there is no one taking over Boogie Bounce Mackay, so I've made the decision to start selling off trampolines. They will be available from Friday the 29th of May. Please message the page or let me know at class if you're interested in purchasing one.

We had a fun time at our 3rd Session of Under 5's Sing and Bounce with the Home Day Care groups on Friday! 🙂 Thanks Emma, Marg and Sarah for bringing the little ones to Boogie Bounce Mackay.
