Today we had MP Nigel Dalton in studio focusing on Men’s Health Week, with a spotlight on men’s mental health and work-related injuries👏🏼
Here’s what he had to say:
“This week marks Men’s Health Week - with a strong focus on men’s back health and work-related injuries.
Back pain is one of the most common issues affecting men, especially those in physical or hands-on jobs. Too often it’s something people just push through, but small steps can make a big difference.
Whether it’s stretching, strengthening, or trying something new like Pilates, looking after your body now can help prevent long-term injury.
A good reminder to all the blokes out there - don’t ignore it, take the time to look after your health.”
